Our framework is Hot-dipped galvanized steel that has a tough baked enamel protective coating so that there is no rusting. It is durable, and has a rigid design, but is easy to work with, and has No Welds, which you should know degalvanizes the steel. This total combination makes our pool twice as strong as any of our competitors! The Polyester Core: 1.) One thousand tiny polyester strands are bound together into a larger multi-fiber strand, which has a higher tolerance to stretching and a higher resistance to ripping. Note: ( 20 1000 denier strands Vertically x 20 1000 denier strands horizontally per square inch). STRONG! 2.) The larger multi fiber strands are then woven together to form a 20 x 20 polyester woven core, which is similar to the metal screen on your window or door. This woven core works much like a chain link fence, when you cut a couple of links on a chain link fence, it will only open a little bit. The resistance is spread across and shared by the neighboring links. This is called Shared Resistance. This is the way it works in our liner. If a puncture occurs on the liner material, the neighboring links will shoulder the resistance, which prevents the puncture from spreading and still retaining the 80,000 lbs. of water pressure found in the pool. Our liner is not only able to hold all the water pressure by itself, but even if a puncture were to occur in several different places on the pool, the liner would still not give away. In fact, since the very first days of our production history, there has never once been a catastrophic ripping or tearing on one of our pools. The polyester scrim is pulled through a specially formulated PVC mixture that contains UV inhibitors and anti-fungus agents. This dipping process insures that the scrim is fully encased in the PVC mixture, making it virtually impossible for the liner to ever separate. To sum it up, we have a thicker and heavier liner than any of our competitors. Far greater resistance to punctures, tears, and stretching over time. Another above the rest prcoess on our pool is called the Double Lamination Process, which further protects and strengthens our liner material. This process binds the liner materials together and insures that over time the liner will not give out. Because our competitors only do the minimum, their liner can eventually deteriorate due to harsh weather elements. Our additional protective coating means that even if some deterioration did occur, it will only be on the outer layer. Our liner will not shrink, crack or become brittle when drained and stored.
